Thank You Notes

When you have finished your application process and chosen your school, it is important to take the time to thank the people who have helped you get there.  Whether it is with a card or an e-mail, it is worth the time.

Sample Thank You Note:
Dear __________,
    I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a letter of recommendation for my college application.  I have been accepted at and decided to attend (name your school).  Your letter and help were a big part of what has gotten me to this point.  Thank you again for all of your time and support.
