I Know I Can Grant (formerly known as Last Dollar Grant) - Requirements & Changes
The changes for the I Know I Can (Last Dollar) Grant are as follows: - You must submit all parts of the application by April 15
- You must complete and submit the FAFSA by your school's priority deadline or April 15, whichever comes first.
- Current high school students must have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.25, and current college students must have a GPA of 2.0 to be eligible and you will need to submit your
cumulative grade point average via an unofficial transcript, online advising
report or a summary of grades report with your application.
- You must be Pell Eligible
- Grants will be awarded for anywhere from 2-4 years, depending on the students program of study
- Each grant will be worth $1,200 (as opposed to ranging from $1,000-$1,200 in past years)
- Students have 1 year from their high school graduation to apply for the IKIC Grant.
- Students must be enrolled full-time for each term to receive the grant.
