  When setting goals, keep these things in mind:
  • Be specific
  • Set goals that are realistic and measurable
  • Set a target date for reaching your goal
  • Share your goals with an adult (parent, teacher, mentor, etc.)
• List of people you would like to interview and notes from those interviews
• List of subjects you enjoy in school
• Jobs you think you would enjoy doing when you grow up and descriptions
• Brochures from colleges that interest you
